This is more of an ice-based drink than a smoothie as it doesn’t have a creamy base. This is a drink to turn to when you’re feeling under the weather with a sore throat, headache and runny nose. You’re likely not in the mood for eating much, so this is a super-light drink to get at least something in your tummy. Ginger, turmeric, lemon and berries are all fantastic foods to sip on in the midst of a cold.
