My idea of ambrosia (others may have different versions!) is a perfect balance between soft-whipped cream, full-fat yogurt, berries and dark chocolate. If I weren’t on keto I would add lots of marshmallows too. This is the kind of dessert which you simply scoop generously into a bowl or glass dessert cup and eat with a spoon.


How to make:

  1. In a large bowl, whip the cream with egg beaters or a whisk until whipped but still very soft and cloud-like
  2. Add the stevia and vanilla to the cream and stir to just combine, without over mixing the cream. Taste to check the sweetness level and add more stevia if need be
  3. Stir the yogurt, berries and chocolate into the cream until combined and smooth
  4. That’s it!
  5. Keep refrigerated until needed
