Ingredients:
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 cup coconut oil, melted
- 8 scoops Keto 22 collagen + MCT powder
- 2 tsp stevia
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (not needed if using keto 22 chocolate collagen + mct) Click Here!
- ½ cup freeze dried raspberries
- ½ cup coconut thread
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
To Coat:
- 4 oz 72% cocoa dark chocolate, melted
How to make:
- Line a brownie pan with baking paper
- Place all ingredients except the melted chocolate into a large bowl and stir to thoroughly combine
- Press the mixture into your lined pan until smooth and flat, and place into the fridge for about an hour and 45 minutes
- Slice the bars into 14 pieces and place onto a large chopping board or a bench you don’t mind getting covered in melted chocolate
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each bar. You can either zig-zag the chocolate over in a pattern, or coat them completely
- Leave to set in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened
- Keep stored in the fridge, in an airtight container
